I love how the print on the mug looks, but I barely touched it and the thing reveals its white undercoating so easily. Apparently it's just a sticker attached onto the mug with a sealant. Not enough sealant apparently because if this mug touches another mug, it's gonna get messed up
Really sorry to hear you were unhappy with your mug — we wish we’d known about this sooner so we could have sorted it straight away. This is actually the first time we’ve heard of an issue like this, and we’ve already reached out to you directly so we can get it resolved.
For anyone else reading, our mugs are sublimation-printed (not stickers) — the design is heat-pressed into a special coating on the mug’s surface. If something like this happens, it’s likely a production fault, and we’ll always do our best to put it right.
