My money was refunded because I said WTF when I was told that my order would be delayed yet again… after paying $189 for a single deck, after being told of several delays.. I said WTF, then the person in contact told me they were offended. And canceled my order that I had already been waiting almost two months for!! Trash
We completely understand that repeated delays were frustrating, and we’re genuinely sorry that the production of this pre-order deck took much longer than originally estimated. However, after we sent you an update explaining the latest manufacturer delay, your first response was:
“What the fuck, seriously? … Not this bullshit.”
We appreciate that delays are disappointing, but this kind of language toward our team is not acceptable. We were simply passing on an update from the manufacturer regarding a delay that was outside of our control.
Based on your response and the level of frustration expressed, we believed the best course of action was to issue a full refund immediately so that your money was returned to you rather than keeping you waiting any longer.
After you clarified that you still wanted the deck, we explained that the refund had already been processed and could not be reversed. We also offered to contact you as soon as the decks arrive (which, at the time of writing, we still have not received) and give you first refusal before any remaining stock is made available to the public.
We’re sorry this experience did not meet your expectations, but we stand by our decision and our commitment to treating both our customers and staff with respect.
Both arrived in a timely fashion and packaged securely. The quality is amazing and inwill happily buy from them again.
