Skate Decks

I've always loved skateboarding.

To me it’s one of the best educations a kid can get. It teaches you how to fall, fail, how to get back up, and how to keep trying something long after everyone sensible would have given up. Who wants to throw themselves at speeds into concrete over and over again, 20 times a night to land one trick?

Skating also gave me something else, that band of misfits feeling. Like being in a band. A group of brothers and sisters all chasing the same stupid idea all pushing each other to reach the impossible, because it feels right.

You might think that sounds dramatic and maybe it is. But that’s what skating did for me. So it means a lot that I still get to be involved in some small way by making these boards.
